Over 100 million dollars in real estate projects and property development and trade, making him a real estate expert in the state of Florida.    Noel Epelboim President Noel Epelboim, President to Millennium Group, is the key resource for management of the following specific services to a project: Development pro-forma, Feasibility Analysis, Project Coordination, Construction bidding (contracting and follow up), Project Administration and Financial Management, Investors and Bank Relations. Mr. Epelboim holds a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela (1982), and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta (1985). He has been, prior to joining the Millennium Group, the Vice-President to ARQUINPRO Group, a project, construction and real estate development corporation in Caracas, Venezuela, with over 1,700,000 sq.ft of luxurious residential construction been developed since 1986. In addition, his company has done a great variety of construction work acting as general contractor for public institutions as well as private corporations.
